What happens after I choose a package?
You land on a short intake: what you are building, links to anything you have, and when you need it. We reply within 24 hours with a kickoff date and the first questions. Work starts as soon as the brief is clear.
Is the price fixed?
The package price is fixed for what the package lists. Anything beyond it gets quoted up front and only goes ahead if you say yes. You will never see an invoice you did not already know about.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, any photography, and a rough idea of the words. If you have none of those, say so. Spark and Launch include placeholder copy direction; Studio and Signature include copywriting support.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Every package is built on the same foundation, so moving from Spark to Launch, or Launch to Studio, adds to the site rather than starting over. You pay the difference.
Who owns the site?
You do. Code, design files, domain, hosting accounts. Nothing is locked behind us, and leaving costs you nothing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the terms on our refund policy. Short version: before work starts, in full. After that, pro-rata for work not yet delivered.
