Who is responsible

What we collect

  • When you email us or use a form: your name, email address, and whatever you write, including a budget if you give one. Our forms open your own mail app; nothing is stored on this website.
  • When you buy a package: checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, the package bought and a transaction reference. We never see your full card number.
  • When you browse: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. One local preference (whether sound is on) is stored in your browser only. Our hosting provider, [HOST], keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to deliver the project you bought, to send receipts and project updates, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), [HOST] (hosting), our email provider [EMAIL PROVIDER], and any tool you ask us to use on your project. Each is bound by its own agreement to protect your data.

How long we keep it

Project correspondence and files for [N] years after completion, financial records for as long as the law requires, and enquiry emails that do not become projects for [N] months.

Your rights

Fonts and scripts

Fonts load from Google Fonts and animation libraries from jsDelivr. Your browser contacts those services to fetch the files; each has its own privacy policy. [If you self-host these, delete this section.]
