Legal
Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
These terms govern every purchase and project between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] trading as Nord Studio ("we", "us"), registered in [COUNTRY / STATE], contact: contact@nordstudio.org. By buying a package on this site or confirming a custom quote by email, you accept them.
2. What you are buying
Each package on the pricing page lists exactly what it includes. Work outside that list is extra scope. We quote extra scope in writing before starting it, and it only goes ahead if you approve it in writing. Timelines on the pricing page are estimates from kickoff and assume you supply content and feedback within [N] business days of each request.
3. Payment
Package payments are processed by Stripe at checkout. Custom work is invoiced as agreed in your quote. Prices are in [CURRENCY] and exclude any taxes that apply in your location unless stated otherwise at checkout. Work begins once payment is received and the brief is complete.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, assets and access we ask for, and confirm you have the rights to use them.
- Give consolidated feedback within the revision rounds included in your package.
- Nominate one person who can make decisions on your side.
5. Revisions and approval
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of feedback. Additional rounds are quoted at [RATE]. Silence for [N] days after a delivery counts as approval of that delivery.
6. Ownership
On full payment you own the final deliverables: design files, source code and content we created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal methods, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them inside your deliverables. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) stay under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Hosting, domains and third parties
Hosting, domains, payment processing and other third-party services are contracted in your name and billed by those providers. We are not responsible for their uptime, pricing changes or policies.
9. Warranties and liability
We will deliver the work with reasonable skill and care and fix defects reported within the support window of your package. Beyond that, the work is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or data.
10. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the project.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you pay applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], and disputes go to the courts of [CITY].
